Current:

Asset Build Pipeline Not Repository-Reproducible

Replace with a more precise title such as:

Asset Build Configuration Not Yet Versioned

or equivalent wording that better reflects the actual issue.

The repository is reproducible.

The concern is that the build configuration and tooling are not yet committed and versioned.

Do not change the severity or recommendation.

Architecture Finding AF-001

Review whether AF-001 is truly an architectural finding.

If it is actually a repository maintenance / developer experience concern,

move it into the Technical Debt section and remove it from Architecture Findings.

Do not create any new findings.

Keep AF-002 unchanged.

Add a short section immediately before the Final Recommendation.

Title:

Lessons Confirmed

Purpose:

Record that Sprint 1 validates the governance established during Sprint 0.

Suggested points:

- Sprint 0 governance successfully prevented scope creep.
- Kernel boundaries were respected.
- Extension points proved sufficient.
- Documentation-first workflow prevented architectural drift.
- No Design Revision Pack was required.

Keep this section concise.
